Regulatory pages and chemical restrictions should be reviewed at least quarterly. Method versions should be checked before every test purchase. Certification, chain-of-custody, and trademark rules should be checked at renewal and before each new program.
Each working evidence record should capture the issuing body, jurisdiction, source type, edition or rule status, access date, next review, scope, affected Claim IDs, revision history, and what the source does not establish. The cards above are a public index—not substitutes for those controlled records.
Laboratory accreditation must cover the specific method being used. Accreditation alone does not mean every service is within scope.
